3D Print Services

All printed products from this service must meet all the terms and rules determined by the provider. The client must comply with the following conditions:

• 3D files to print must be your 3D model, have a commercial license, exist in the public domain with granted commercial use, or be a model designed by a third-party individual who consented to its commercial use.

• The only exception to this term is when you are requesting to print a cosplay prop for your personal use; it must be your file you created or a file purchased from digital marketplaces/community platforms such as (but not limited to) Etsy, Cults 3D, and Sketchfab.

• Redistribution or selling the printed product to others is strictly prohibited, as it’s made specifically for commission and personalized purposes

• The total cost estimate of this service will be calculated based on how much PLA material will be used to print and the time it takes to complete it with a minimum charge of $5 per print for labor fees. The estimate will be presented to the client before production begins.

• To request a 3D printing service, new clients must contact me using the form below or through email at chrispang.productions@gmail.com with their contact information and details of the request.

• Failed 3D prints and technical issues caused by the printer during the process will be fully covered, and extra fees will not be charged.

A 50% deposit of the final quote is required upon confirmation. Full payment is due upon completion of your order. Failure to pay the price in full will result in a cancellation, with the upfront 50% deposit becoming nonrefundable.

Accepted payments can be sent through Venmo or Paypal. The transaction will be in USD (United States Dollar).

We only take requests to print; we are unable to handle the assembly, priming, major modifications of the model file, or painting of your 3D printed parts.

Printed 3D props, such as daggers, swords, and other types of weapons (exceptions of firearms - not allowed to be commissioned), are not intended to be made for real-life combat use. We are not responsible for any assault, harm, or damage done to other individuals caused by the prop. Printed props are for the photographic and artistic purposes, not to harm others.

In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as commission delays caused by printer failure/maintenance, the client will be notified accordingly of the delay, while shipping dates and other arrangements will be made between the shop and the client.

All personal information, contact info, and transaction details will be held for record purposes within the shop. We value your privacy as the highest priority and will not conduct public disclosure of any personal information.
